The Disability Services Act 1993 aims to ensure that online information and services are accessible by people with disabilities.

This website has been designed to meet the Australian Government standards, including those that relate to access for people with disabilities. All relevant priority 1 and most priority 2 and priority 3 requirements have been included as identified in the Government of Western Australia's Guidelines for State Government Websites.

The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority recognises that achieving a truly accessible service is a continuing journey for all websites. So, we encourage feedback on ways to improve the design that ensures an effective end user experience for all.

This website is optimised and best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, however every attempt has been made to allow the site to be viewed at various resolutions and by various web browsers.

For people with sight difficulties, you may choose to increase the font size using the buttons on the top of each page.

For those not fluent in English language, a Google translator bar has been included on this website for your convenience. The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority takes no responsibility for any misunderstandings or misinterpretations that result from providing this service.

If there is information that you require and it is in a format you cannot access, or if you experience any other accessibility difficulties, please contact us.
