Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority Act 1998
The proclamation of the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority Act 1998 in 1999 dissolved Kings Park and Botanic Garden and its Board and established the Botanic Gardens and Park Authority (BGPA) and it's Board of Management.
The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority Regulations 1999 cover a wide range of issues to protect managed lands (Kings Park and Botanic Garden and Bold Park).
