The 2011 Kings Park Festival celebrates Trees for Life with an Outdoor Photography Exhibit, proudly presented by The West Australian.

Richard SmythLose yourself in this must-see collection of 50 stunning images of Kings Park’s most significant and beautiful trees. Captured by leading Western Australian landscape photographer Richard Smyth and some talented Kings Park staff and volunteers, this free outdoor display profiles the botanical, cultural and historical significance of some of Kings Park’s special trees.

You can enjoy this exhibit from 1 September - 2 October, 2011.

To complement the display, Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority staff and volunteers have combined their passion and expertise to produce a self-guided booklet for visitors. The beautifully presented booklet is a lovely keepsake, with spectacular images, detailed information and maps that will help you to locate all fifty trees in Kings Park.
