North Fremantle Primary studentsThe brand new facilities feature the spectacular, sustainably designed Kings Park Education centre and ‘living classrooms’ in the bush setting of Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park.

Twenty new school programs have been developed to make the most of these learning spaces. The new programs include ‘Solar Powered Life’ to explore renewable and non-renewable energy, ‘Life in the Water’ to investigate wetland habitats and ‘Nyoongar Boodja’ to celebrate the six seasons of Nyoongar culture.

Kings Park Education inspires understanding of WA’s unique plants, people and places and the role we can all play in a sustainable future.
