Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park re-opens

Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park will re-open to visitors from Friday, 1 March 2013.

motorbike frogThe Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park team has been working hard throughout February to make the creek and wetlands sparkle, install new paths, nurture the plants, stock the cubbies and release more tadpoles and fish – and it looks spectacular.

Come and rediscover nature from 9.00 am – 4.00 pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Find us on Facebook for the Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park news, including any closures related to very high fire dangers.

There are important conditions of entry when visiting this area and we encourage you to plan your visit.

Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park is closed on Mondays, when the daily Fire Danger Rating is ‘very high’ or above and when a Total Fire Ban is declared for Perth. Please refer to our website notices for further information.
