Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park will re-open to visitors from Friday, 1 March 2013.
The Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park team has been working hard throughout February to make the creek and wetlands sparkle, install new paths, nurture the plants, stock the cubbies and release more tadpoles and fish – and it looks spectacular.
Come and rediscover nature from 9.00 am – 4.00 pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Find us on Facebook for the Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park news, including any closures related to very high fire dangers.
Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park is closed on Mondays, when the daily Fire Danger Rating is ‘very high’ or above and when a Total Fire Ban is declared for Perth. Please refer to our website notices for further information.
Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park is an environmental learning and discovery area. It is set in natural bush and encourages a sense of adventure and connection to nature for children. There are many places to explore and lots of fun things to do.
