Please be advised that Fraser Avenue will be closed from midnight until 9.00 am, 25 April 2009 for the ANZAC Day Dawn Service. Vehicle access to Kings Park and Botanic Garden will be via Saw Avenue or Poole Avenue.
Upon conclusion of the Dawn Service, WA Police will manage internal road closures to filter traffic out of the park more effectively.
Saw Ave will become one way out of the park and there will be no access to Synergy Parkland from May Drive / Saw Ave. If you are wanting to visit Synergy Parkland or Zamia Cafe then you will need to take Lovekin Drive then onto May Drive.
Forrest Drive will be closed after Park Ave to filter the traffic out Park Ave then onto Mounts Bay Road.
If you are wanting to come into the park then you will need to come in via Park Ave or Poole Ave.
These road closures will be in place until the majority of the traffic has dispersed, which will be approximately 7.30 am.
