The organiser is booking a venue or area in a public space, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. While the Authority endeavours to ensure that the area or venue is in the same condition as at the time of booking, there can be events, works or maintenance required that are outside of our control. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure suitability of the location prior to the event.
Venues can be booked between the hours of 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and cannot be made more than one year in advance. Please contact the Bookings Officer for further information.
