The Beedawong Meeting Place (meaning Celebration) is a stone amphitheatre located in a natural bush setting.
It is nestled in the heart of the Botanic Garden at the Roe Gardens western end of the Lotterywest Federation Walkway.
This venue was constructed in 2003 to provide a venue for ongoing Nyoongar cultural activities and visitor opportunities. It is used for story telling, dance performances, quiet reflection and other visitor activities, such as weddings, educational activities and social gatherings.
