Named after John Septimus Roe, who was responsible for surveying and apportioning the land in Perth, his memorial was built in 1956 and constructed of hewn granite in hexagonal form, surrounded by paving stone and a semi-circular granite wall.
This gently sloping site offers tranquil, shady grassed areas with spectacular views and the stunning Place of Reflection. With plenty of parking and toilets in close proximity, this site is a good choice for guests with limited mobility and is a popular wedding venue.
