Kings Park and Botanic Garden plays host to a vast number of memorials with significant historical and cultural links. These memorials are located throughout the park and surrounding bushland and lend themselves to ideal venues for memorial services. Please refer to the Kings Park Memorials map for assistance with identifying these memorials.
All memorial services within Kings Park and Botanic Garden are subject to prior approval and require a registration process with the Bookings Officer. There are no charges associated with bookings made by registered and recognised memorial organisations.

For community and social groups conducting a memorial service, fees and charges apply. You are advised to make a tentative booking with the Bookings Officer and return the Social Functions Application with payment.
For community and social groups conducting a memorial service at the Marlee Pavilion, within the Place of Reflection, please return the Place of Reflection Application with payment.
Please note that all applications to conduct memorial services at the State War Memorial require written permission from The Returned and Services League (RSL). Please contact the RSL on (+61) 8 9287 3799 and ensure a copy of their written permission accompanies the application form.
