If you are having your wedding ceremony in Kings Park and Botanic Garden, a permit for wedding photography is included with your booking and you will not be required to pay an additional fee.
If you are not having your wedding ceremony in Kings Park and Botanic Garden and you wish to take wedding photography or film, please download the Wedding Photography Application Pack below and return to the Bookings Officer:

Photography within the State War Memorial Precinct must be approved by the Returned and Services League (RSL) and the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority must be notified. Photography is not permitted on the Lotterywest Federation Walkway and you must not leave the paths when in the bushland areas.
The Botanic Garden may be unavailable during the Summer Events season from late October to December and February to April each year. If an area has been fenced off for a performance or other event you cannot enter this area.
If another group has reserved a particular gazebo or area, please respect their booking. Your photographer must be aware of the Regulations relating to photography within Kings Park and Botanic Garden, as outlined in the Application Pack above. Please provide details of your photographer, if available, when submitting your application.
