Wetlands in Kings Park
Monitoring and assessing wetland ecosystems
Use scientific sampling techniques to collect and record data in the field. This will include sampling macro-invertebrates, habitat assessment and measuring water quality parameters such as pH, turbidity and nutrient levels. Find out how the data is used to monitor the quality of the wetlands and discuss what the results tell us about the biodiversity of the ecosystem.
