Take Matter to Court

If you were the driver of the vehicle or alleged offender and elect to have the matter dealt with by a court, please do not pay the infringement notice. The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority will refer the matter to the State Solicitor’s Office for further action within 10 working days of receiving your notice to elect. If your court action is unsuccessful you may be liable for additional court fees.

Complete and post the form to:

Once the form is received, a letter will be sent to confirm that the request has been referred to the State Solicitor’s Office for further action.
