As public parks, Kings Park and Bold Park are free and open for visiting 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Kings Park and Botanic Garden
The Visitor Information Centre is open between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm seven days a week and is a good place to begin your visit to the park.
Kings Park Administration is open for public enquiries between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (closed public holidays).
The elevated section of the Lotterywest Walkway is open between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm daily. Gates are locked each night for safety and security reasons.
Please note that only some areas of Kings Park have night lighting. It is advisable to carry a torch with you if you are visiting after dark.

Bold Park
Bold Park Administration is open for public enquiries between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (closed public holidays).
Please note that the majority of the park does not have night lighting and that vehicle access is restricted to Reabold Hill to the following times:
1 April to 30 September 7.00 am to 6.00 pm
1 October to 31 March 6.00 am to 8.00 pm
It is advisable to carry a torch with you if you are visiting after dark.
