The soulful sounds of 'Natalie Gillespie' and 'Lucky Oceans' will take you on a powerful journey in the Botanic Garden. Also featured will be WAMI award nominated group 'The Seals' who kicked off their first hoe-down in mid 2010 and 'Ensemble Formidable' an exciting electro-swing group.

The Seals’ unique blend of blues, country, bluegrass and reggae has wowed audiences since mid 2010 with their highy energy stage show, sweet vocal harmonies and unusual instrumentation. United by their love for music and passion for the ‘hoe-down’, The Seals are bound to get you knee-slapping and toe-tapping.

Natalie Gillespie and Lucky Oceans

Natalie is a powerful singer-songwriter who ranges in styles from soulful funk to acoustic rock. Two-time Grammy award winner Lucky Oceans is a pedal steel guitarist from the US who is now based in Fremantle. He is best known for his work on ABC national radio. Having both devoted their lives to music they have quickly become icons in the club acoustic scene in Perth.

Ensemble Formidable

Ensemble Formidable is a young and exciting electro-swing group. As a collaboration of members from WA bands they come complete with horns, string, accordion and junk percussion. With an electric mix of music styles, Ensemble Formidable will be a hit for the young and young at heart.
