Painter: Brian Simmons Brian Simmons has exhibited his paintings in many showings and won numerous prizes and awards for drawing, oil painting and mixed media works throughout his career and his work can be found in many public and private collections across Australia. His nomination for the Children’s Book Council Crichton Award for best new illustrator for his contribution to 'Lighthouse Girl' (Fremantle Press, 2010) is his most recent accolade. Some of Brian’s special works will be exhibited in Aspects of Kings Park Gallery Shop during September 2012.
Meet the artist	Brian will be available in store from 11.00 am - 3.00 pm, 21-23 September and 28-30 September.
