Due to the popularity of education programs in Kings Park, it is recommended that you make a tentative booking at least one month prior to your visit.
To check the availability of your preferred program and to make a tentative booking, please contact the Education Bookings Officer Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm.
Once you have made your tentative booking, please download and complete the appropriate form below and return to the Bookings Officer via post or fax:

Confirmation
A letter confirming the day, time and program booked will be sent to your school or organisation once the completed Bookings Form has been received and processed by the Bookings Officer. Teacher resource packs and maps for guided programs will be sent out with the letter of confirmation.
Please note that your booking is not officially confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter.
Prices
- Guided programs begin at $6.00 per student.
- Accompanying teachers/adults are free.
- Minimum cost is from $120.00 (inc GST) per program.
- Self-guided packages, which include a map, teacher's notes, activity sheet and a worksheet for you to photocopy, are $10.00 (inc GST).
- Self-guided excursions to the park are free but it is important you advise us of your visit by contacting the Bookings Officer.
Payment
Bad Weather and Cancellations
Should the day of your excursion be inclement, please contact the Education Bookings Officer as soon as possible to reschedule your lesson. In the case of extreme weather, including storm warnings that cause safety concerns, Kings Park Education may contact you to cancel your booking.
