Know your drop-off zone
Check the map (simple, but vital advice). There are several drop-off and meeting points in Kings Park. Knowing yours before you arrive will take the stress out of your excursion. Call us on +61 (08) 9480 3638 or 0434 307 501 if you get lost.
Refer to the Kings Park Education map to plan your visit.
Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your start time. Late arrivals may cause your program to be cut short.
You will receive an email confirming your excursion details once your booking is confirmed. Please check the details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Close supervision of students is essential. Kings Park and Botanic Garden staff are not responsible for the supervision or behaviour of your students. Please read the Excursion Management Plan for appropriate ratios for each age group.

What to Bring
Hats, water bottles and suitable shoes - Hats and water bottles are strongly recommended throughout the year. Closed-in shoes are best and don't forget the sunscreen.
Waste-Free Lunches - There are no bins in Rio Tinto Naturescape Kings Park or the Botanic Garden. We encourage all schools to take their rubbish away as part of our commitment to environmental conservation. Why not encourage your students to bring waste-free lunches?
- Pack your lunches in a covered container to deter birds or other wildlife.
Wet weather gear - Applicable to the weather conditions.
Most importantly - Bring a smile!
