Inspiring art, floral fashion and fun-filled performance – there is a lot to love at this year's Kings Park Festival!

A must-see is the brand new art installation at the entry to the Western Australian Botanic Garden; a beautiful sculpture inspired by plants and insects which stretches eight metres high!

Outdoor exhibition 'Future Keepers' presents the splendour of WA wildflower seeds using a mix of science and art. Seed images taken under a mircroscope will take your breath away.

At Aspects of Kings Park gallery shop, meet local artists at work and enjoy the window art by Perth designers Future Shelter. Nearby, you will find the 'Floral Fantasy Fashion Collection – with outfits created entirely from fresh native flora.

We also invite you to take a walk in the park with Nandi Chinna, our 2016 Kings Park writer-in-residence. Nandi will be leading a guided Poetrees walk, performing poetry readings on select dates and inviting you to share your Kings Park story in MapMyStory.
