Tree-dressing workshop

2011 Artist in Residence – Louise Snook

Textile artist Louise Snook will inspire your students in a 'Tree-mendous' workshop to celebrate the UN International Year of Forests. Students will work collaboratively on colorful student-designed textiles to help raise awareness of the importance of trees in our lives.

The tree doctors from Kings Park’s Arboriculture team will be on hand to talk to students about caring for trees and help hang the decorations. This is a Kings Park Festival event.
