One of the most impressive areas of Kings Park is the 17 hectare Western Australian Botanic Garden. Over 2,000 species of flowering plants have been cultivated in garden beds that represent various geographical regions.
There are two walks to enjoy through the Botanic Garden. The Short Walk is 20 minutes one way, or 40 minutes return.
If you have more time, the Long Walk (1 hour and 20 minutes return) is a fantastic way to cover the entire Botanic Garden, including the Lotterywest Federation Walkway.
