The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority offers a variety of community education opportunities. Connect Workshops'Connect with Kings Park' is a public education program that provides inspiring and insightful walks and talks, practical demonstrations, short courses and workshops for adults. The program includes events as diverse as photography workshops, themed guided walks, seminars on green gardening and bush survival skills. Open up their imagination and allow them to explore the many wonders offered by Kings Park and Botanic Garden. Join Gompho Wizardwort and help solve the mystery of the disappearing bush treasures during his entertaining theatre show, or experience a close encounter with some native reptiles and discover how they survive in the harsh Australian environment.
