Connect Workshops

'Connect with Kings Park' is a public education program that provides inspiring and insightful walks and talks, practical demonstrations, short courses and workshops for adults. The program includes events as diverse as photography workshops, themed guided walks, seminars on green gardening and bush survival skills.

Discover School Holiday Activities

Delight, amaze and educate your children during the school holidays. Open up their imagination and allow them to explore the many wonders offered by Kings Park and Botanic Garden. Join Gompho Wizardwort and help solve the mystery of the disappearing bush treasures during his entertaining theatre show, or experience a close encounter with some native reptiles and discover how they survive in the harsh Australian environment.

Guided Walks 

Free guided walks are offered by our friendly Volunteer Guides who will lead you on a walk of discovery and enjoyment in the bushland, through the landscaped parklands or around the Botanic Garden while enjoying the panoramic views, learning about the fascinating diversity of plants and discovering the European and Indigenous heritage of the Park.
