Broadwalk Vista, Kings Park. Photo: D. Blumer View venue slideshow The Broadwalk Vista cuts a clearing through central Kings Park from east to west and was established during the 1960s as a revival of a 17th Century garden design principle.

It now offers visitors a lengthy expanse of open grass and a space for sport and recreation.

Visitors are often beckoned to walk its 1.4 km length from the Synergy Parkland to the WA Botanic Garden, visiting the iconic DNA Tower en route and venturing up its 101 steps for spectacular views of Perth.
