The Aboriginal Art Gallery exhibits the works of Aboriginal artists from Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Aboriginal staff members, who work in the gallery, talk about culture, artefacts, bush food and medicine from the Nyoongar area.
The Aboriginal Art Gallery is in a unique location, overlooking the best views of Perth city and the Swan River. The gallery is below the Kaarta Gar-up lookout on the city side of Fraser Avenue in Kings Park, opposite Fraser's Restaurant.
The gallery is available for special occasions, exhibitions and school programs.
Bookings for the Indigenous Heritage Tours in Kings Park can be made at the Art Gallery during open hours.
