Spring has certainly sprung at Aspects of Kings Park. There’s never been a better time to pop in and visit.

Window of wonder at Aspects of Kings Park. Photo: J. ThomasFrom talented painters and ceramicists working instore, beautiful art adorning our windows and dozens of spring-inspired products hitting the shelves – not to mention thousands of glorious wildflowers in bloom right outside our door.

Meet our Artists in Residence

As part of our annual ‘Artist in Residence’ series, join us instore on select days this September and meet two talented artists at work.

Botanical painter Kate Floyd beautifully captures the shapes, patterns and shades of the Australian bush and pops into Kings Park regularly to get her floral inspiration. She’ll be instore over three weekends next month working away at another stunning painting. Ceramicist Danica Wichtermann creates beautiful, contemporary botanical vases, bowls and plates. With a passion for native flora and visual arts, Danica’s products are lovingly handmade and encapsulate our landscapes and unique flora.

Drop in and say hello to Kate and Danica, view a collection of their work and see how their beautiful pieces are created instore this September.

Window of Wonder

Also not to be missed this month is our beautiful Window of Wonder. Designed by local artists from Future Shelter, the window features Western Australian wildflowers matching the Kings Park Festival’s ‘Greatest Show on Earth’ theme. See how many varieties of WA wildflowers you can spot in the sparkling design.

Forget spring cleaning, we love spring shopping! Aspects is brimming with beautiful new products to brighten up your month.
