There are many fantastic events available during the 2018 Kings Park Festival, which runs from 1 – 30 September.

Tai Chi Tuesdays
Sure to improve your mental, physical and spiritual health, join an energising tai chi session each Tuesday in September. Led by Taoist Tai Chi instructors, the sessions offer a method steeped in this tradition of ancient wisdom. Book into a Tai Chi Tuesday session.
Body and Soul Yoga Thursdays
Join us for a yoga-inspired wellness class incorporating the best of modern yoga practices with a perfect balance of movement, flow, stretch and breath awareness. This gentle class is suitable for all fitness levels. Book into a Body and Soul Yoga session.
Improve your flexibility, awaken your core strength and reduce your stress levels at one of our Fitness Fridays sessions every Friday in September. Stretch ‘n’ Spring
Led by Carmela Lacey, a yoga pro with 15 years experience, these relaxing 45-minute sessions are open to people of all yoga levels. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, recharged, relaxed and ready to take on the rest of your day! Sessions are available on Saturday 8 September and Sunday 16 September.
