For many who visit, Kings Park is a place of peacefulness and relaxation. Mindful in Nature is now offering guided forest therapy walks to enhance your park experience, allowing you to take a break from your daily routine and responsibilities and immerse yourself in nature.
Forest therapy combines mindfulness techniques and the therapeutic benefits of being in nature. This can have a positive effect on your mood, stress level, concentration and creativity.
