The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority is pleased to welcome a new experience provider to Kings Park, Mindful in Nature.

Forest therapy walks in Kings Park

For many who visit, Kings Park is a place of peacefulness and relaxation. Mindful in Nature is now offering guided forest therapy walks to enhance your park experience, allowing you to take a break from your daily routine and responsibilities and immerse yourself in nature.

Forest therapy combines mindfulness techniques and the therapeutic benefits of being in nature. This can have a positive effect on your mood, stress level, concentration and creativity.

Mindful in Nature will be holding weekly group and private walks in Kings Park. Visit the Walks and Tours section of the website for more information.

Bookings are available via the Mindful in Nature website.
