Peregrine House was designed and built in 2000 to provide temporary accommodation for the Bold Park staff from the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority.
Following the opening of the Western Australia Ecology Centre in 2004, Bold Park staff relocated and Peregrine House today provides offices for BirdLife Western Australia.
