Plant Sales

Visitors can choose from a huge range of native plants on sale, cultivated and grown by volunteers from the Friends of Kings Park, including rare species not often found in commercial nurseries.

Enthusiastic gardeners will find an interesting range of banksias, grevilleas, triggerplants, small mallee eucalypts, verticordias and more. A list of the plant species on sale will be available on the Friends of Kings Park website a few weeks prior to the events.

All plants are grown from cuttings collected in the Kings Park Nursery or the Botanic Garden, from seeds collected from plants grown in Kings Park or from commercial Western Australian seed suppliers. Friends of Kings Park Horticultural Advice and Support are present at each sale to provide free advice on planting and looking after your plants.

All funds raised go directly towards supporting research and special projects at Kings Park and Botanic Garden.
