We're on a mission to restore the planet

Ecosystems support all life on Earth, and now, we need to support them. The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority has signed up to the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration as part of our ongoing commitment to protecting local biodiversity.

Walk the #GenerationRestoration poster trail (along the footpath west of the Floral Clock) to discover how Kings Park staff, students, and volunteers are conserving rare plants and restoring native ecosystems here in Kings Park, Bold Park, and all throughout Western Australia, from urban ecosystems to grasslands, forests, oceans and more.

Afterwards, head to Aspects of Kings Park Gallery Shop to purchase the 'Ecosystem Restoration Special Issue' of the Friends of Kings Park For People & Plants magazine to learn more.
