Biodiversity Conservation CentreThe Biodiversity Conservation Centre (BCC) is located off Fraser Avenue and was built in 2005 to provide energy efficient office and laboratory facilities for Botanic Garden and Park's Authority staff and volunteers.

The facilities include disabled access, toilets and limited parking is available at the front of the building.

The meeting rooms on the first floor are regularly used for seminars, educational workshops and volunteer group meetings. These meeting rooms are not available for hire to the general public but are sometimes the location of public events.
