Competition Terms and Conditions
The winning entrants must comment their favourite Kings Park Valentine's location on the Facebook post dated 29 January 2024.
Employees of the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority (BGPA) and Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) are not eligible to win.
Entry to the Moonlight Cinema competition is open to all Western Australian residents who comment on the Facebook post from Monday 29 January until 5:00 pm (AWST) Wednesday 31 January.
Winners will be contacted via Facebook direct message (to obtain email addresses).
Winners will be drawn at random using an automated process.
The winner is responsible for all other expenses associated with the prize (including travel costs to and from the Moonlight Cinema location).
If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize must be claimed by their parent or legal guardian.
Tickets are electronic and will be emailed to winners.
By entering the competition, winners agree to have their first names published by BGPA.
The BGPA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation or with any prizes offered.
The BGPA reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and if we do so, we will publish the amended version on this website prior to the close of the competition.
