Kings Park and Botanic Garden offers a number of outdoor venues suitable for a variety of corporate functions ranging from cocktail functions, annual Christmas celebrations and family fun days.

Corporate functionThe Find Your Venue search tool helps you select an ideal venue from a number of heritage pavilions, rotundas and gazebos, or shaded grassed areas that are suitable for corporate functions. Prior to booking a venue, event organisers are encouraged to visit the venue personally to ensure it is suitable and refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Please note specific conditions for Corporate functions:

  • Additional licenses from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries may be required if alcohol is supplied at your event. It is the organiser’s responsibility to obtain the relevant licence/s beforehand.
  • A copy of the organiser’s Public Liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance cover is required.

Fees and charges are detailed in the Corporate Function application pack, available to download below or from Kings Park Administration in printed form. Please complete the application form within the pack and refer to Make a Booking to proceed with your venue booking.
