Creating a beautiful native garden and a haven for native fauna is achievable no matter the size of your patch!

The Kings Park team will lead you on a specially curated walk and talk highlighting some sensational species suitable for your small garden, patio or balcony. They will share their tips and tricks to keeping potted natives and small spaces looking brilliant all year-round, including watering, position selection, pruning and fertilising.

Take home a list of our favourite small natives found here in the Western Australian Botanic Garden. Regardless of the size of your outdoor space, this workshop will allow you to bring the joy of Western Australian plants to any size home.

Please note:

The guided walk will cover a short distance on paved surfaces. Please dress for the outdoors including sun protection, and wear comfortable, enclosed shoes.
