If you have a passion for native plants, conservation, local heritage, learning or meeting people, becoming a volunteer offers great satisfaction and rewards.

The Friends of Kings Park established in 1993 to involve the community in the maintenance of Kings Park and Botanic Garden as a special place for people and plants.

The Kings Park Volunteer Guides are a dynamic group of over 140 active people of varying ages and backgrounds. They all have a love for Kings Park and a desire to share this passion with visitors.

Kings Park Volunteer Master Gardeners
The Kings Park Volunteer Master Gardeners provide a free advisory service on caring for and growing native plants for home gardeners and community groups.

Honour Avenues Group
The Returned and Services League (RSL) accepted responsibility for the maintenance and preservation of the plaques along Kings Park's Honour Avenues in 1922.
