Event information

"I never could have imagined that the hours spent alongside my dad in his workshop, tinkering and creating little treasures from found bits and pieces, would one day grow into a lifelong passion for making jewellery. Those early moments became deeply precious memories after my dad passed away when I was just eleven, but they remain the foundation of everything I create today." - Robin Wells

Growing up surrounded by bushland, Robin has always been deeply inspired by the beauty of Australian native plants and the stories they hold. Her work is a way to honour that connection, to remind us of the fragility of our biodiversity and the joy of bringing nature’s beauty into our daily lives. Today, Robin works from her Perth studio, overlooking a garden filled with native plants that attract bees, birds, and the occasional flock of endangered Carnaby’s Black Cockatoos. Here, she creates collections of finely detailed, lightweight jewellery in powder-coated stainless steel, alongside limited-edition and one of a kind precious metal pieces.

On Saturday 3 October, Robin will be creating her work in Aspects of Kings Park Gallery Shop - an amazing opportunity to witness this talented WA artist produce her beautiful jewellery pieces. We look forward to welcoming you into store to share this experience.

Free, bookings not required.
