Event information

This is a free event, and bookings are not required.

Celebrate Spring into Parks and the wildflower season with free nature-play activities for your budding nature enthusiasts.

Build a Cubby with Educated By Nature, have your face painted by the Eco Faeries and explore Noongar culture with Milliyaan Aboriginal Services.

There will be mini-world activities, storytelling, crafts and more for little buds and sprouts. Older children can learn about the biodiversity of our environment and what they can do to care for it by participating in a beautiful weaving activity. The woven art pieces will form part of a large-scale light installation featured in Boorna Waanginy: The Trees Speak, during EverNow Festival in October.

NOTE: This activity uses recycled materials. If you would like to contribute, please bring clean 2L milk containers, all stickers removed.
