2025 marks the 60th anniversary of the Western Australian Botanic Garden, the centrepiece of Perth’s iconic Kings Park. To celebrate this botanical icon, Fox and Rabbit are partnering with the State Buildings and the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority to present a workshop that showcases the very best of WA native flora.
While the WA Botanic Garden is famous for its floral displays, you can bring the magic of local blooms into your own home with a native vase arrangement.
Enjoy a delightful morning of creativity with Fox and Rabbit Premium Flowers owner Rebecca Const, as she guides you through how to make your very own vase arrangement using the very best Australian botanical ingredients.
Rebecca Const has been a florist for 15 years, opening Fox and Rabbit Premium Flowers flagship store in The State Buildings in 2017. Fox and Rabbit are best known for their large-scale floral works with a heavy influence on native blooms.
This workshop will hero our impressive Australian native flora and guide you in designing a textural masterpiece in a vase. You will learn floral tips and tricks, including what to look for when purchasing flowers, as well as how to properly handle, condition, and care for your blooms in order to get the very best out of each stem.
Suitable for all skill levels, this workshop includes abundant premium native flowers, all the fixings and tools to design your masterpiece, as well as light refreshments provided by Post Restaurant.
