Known as Shinrin-yoku in Japan, forest bathing is the practice of absorbing the forest atmosphere through all senses, offering profound benefits for mental and physical well-being. This tour is the first of its kind in Western Australia, combining mindfulness techniques with the healing power of the natural environment, giving you a chance to relax, slow down, and connect with both your inner and outer nature.

- Guided Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing) and mindfulness with a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.
