Acacia denticulosa

Sandpaper Wattle

This spindly upright shrub (1 - 4m) flaunts its sandpaper textured modified leaves and golden blooms.

Acacia denticulosa is an erect shrub with a uniquely sparse growth habit and bears hard, coarse and textured phyllodes. These false leaves have a distinctly toothed margin, giving this species its name.

The plant produces elongated, bright yellow inflorescences from September to October.
