This fluorescent floral bloom is sure to attract attention by lightening up a verge or container garden.

Growing to a height of approximately 30cm, this small spreading shrub blooms with a lively display of orange, yellow and red/pink pea flowers between June and October.

Out in the wild

This species can be found growing south of Lancelin around the Ledge Point and Seabird area. This Chorizema is listed as Endangered under the Biodiversity Conservation Act (2016), which means it is facing a very high risk of extinction in the wild in the near future.

Found in coastal limestone hills and outcrops.
