Located in the heart of Perth, Kings Park and Botanic Garden is a spectacular outdoor wedding venue. Offering magnificent views and stunning native flora and bushland settings, Kings Park is the perfect backdrop to your special day. We have 14 designated spaces for wedding ceremonies, including venues with immaculate lawns and heritage pavilions. All weddings, corporate or community group functions, memorial services, fitness training and sporting events require a booking. Special consideration and planning is required for all bookings over 250 people.

Any event regardless of attendee numbers that requires a specific venue, an external provider, a permit to consume alcohol or the use of electricity is required to make a booking and pay the associated fees.

Bold Park burn deferred

The autumn Bold Park research burn has been deferred due to unsuitable weather conditions.

Lightscape setup disruptions

There will be works taking place throughout the Western Australian Botanic Garden from 18 May until 16 June 2023 due to Lightscape setup.

Forrest Drive closure
